Course Description
Do you ever wonder why people do the things they do? "True Colors" is a fun and easy way to recognize personality preferences and anticipate needs. Learn how to avoid roadblocks we encounter in our everyday interactions and improve your communication with others.
Following this session, attendees will be able to:
- Describe the four True Colors personality styles.
- Use the True Colors assessment, identify your individual communication preferences.
- Recognize common communication barriers between different color preferences.
- Discuss ways True Colors can improve interact to practice.
- Choose at least one True Colors communication strategy that you will implement.

Who Should Attend:
All staff are invited to attend who are interested in learning new leadership skills.
SAHA is authorized to award 3.5 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education Credit (non-face-to-face) for this program toward advancement, or re-certification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Approval is pending for this program by the National Association for Healthcare Quality for 3.50 CPHQ continuing education credits.
The Southern Atlantic Healthcare Alliance is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
