Description: This program will help managers with the skills needed to be an effective manager, including positive methods to manage difficult employees and best practices to pursue discipline and discharge that can protect managers from employee charges. Further, this session will help managers understand how to avoid behaviors that can lead to self sabotage.Target Audience: Hospital administrators, managers at all levels of the organization, and clinicians in management roles including charge nurses, directors, and managers.
